Today we want to introduce one of your dedicated Customer Success Managers overseeing North America, Australia, and New Zealand, 

I asked her to tell us a little bit about herself and her journey to Matrix and this is what she said...

My journey with the Matrix family has been an incredible one, spanning approximately six months. When I initially encountered our ALM and QMS systems, I admit I felt a touch of apprehension. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I adapted to these tools. If you find yourself nodding in agreement, thinking, "I can completely relate!" – then we are certainly on the same page.

Allow me to share a bit about myself. I hold a Ph.D. in organometallic chemistry, a title I wear with pride. I earned this esteemed qualification in 2014 in my home country, France. Following this achievement, I embarked on a Californian adventure to experience a taste of the California dream. During my time in San Diego, I had the privilege of collaborating with some of the brightest minds in science at the Scripps Research Institute. A few years into my Californian sojourn, I was all set to return to France when fate intervened, and I crossed paths with a charming individual. To my surprise, he chose the airport's trash can as the location to propose, and, of course, I accepted with a beaming smile 🗑️💍🙂. This romantic twist marked the beginning of a new professional journey, leading me to Boise, Idaho. 🏞️

There, I seized the opportunity to co-found a company and assumed the role of Chief Scientific Officer. We were a group of passionate individuals, fresh from university, with no prior entrepreneurial experience. We were fearless, highly motivated, and blissfully unaware of the transformative power of this adventure and the invaluable lessons it would impart 🤓. In a nutshell, we successfully navigated the company's journey for a little over four years before reluctantly waving the white flag. It may not have been the longest voyage, but it was undeniably one of the most exhilarating ones (right up there with my beloved toddler and husband, of course).

And now, here I am, immersing myself in the profound impact that a tool like Matrix ALM and QMS can have on a company's destiny. It's not just about the innovative technology; it's also about maintaining compliance and taking ownership of every step in the journey to demonstrate that your device has been meticulously crafted. Throughout these months, I've had the pleasure of interacting with numerous prospects and customers. One thing I've come to appreciate is that describing our software can be akin to walking a tightrope. On one hand, we offer the simplicity of out-of-the-box wizard projects, while on the other, we present the boundless possibilities of extensive customisation, where every element can be configured in a myriad of ways. It's akin to deciphering the right path based on the expressions of the person I'm conversing with – each conversation is an adventure! In any case, I have a profound affection for this community, and it warms my heart to witness all of you connecting and sharing your experiences. I've been fortunate enough to assist many of you during onboarding and follow-up training, and I must say, I'm consistently astounded by the remarkable achievements you and your technologies can reach (I'd love to share more, but it's highly confidential!). 🤩
